Mains
- Risotto nero - fresh cuttle fish and prawn cooked in its own ink
- Potato gnocchi - cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, spinach, basil, olive oil and parmesan cheese
- Surf and Turf - beef fillet wrapped with prosciutto cooked medium with King prawn, baby beetroot puree and steamed asparagus
- Ocean trout - crispy skin with celeriac mash, broccolini and caviar
- Stuffed chicken Kiev - with chorizo, peas and caramelised onion served on Lyonnaise potatoes
- Ischitana rabbit - braised over low heat with bacon and mushrooms, served with mash potatoes and green beans
- Lamb racks - with sweet potato mash, green beans and rosemary jus
- Orrechiette pasta - roast pumpkin, goats cheese, sage, walnuts, spinach, garlic and parmesan cheese
